ETH/ETL Mobile Platform
Cometto's steelworks transporters are self-propelled, self-loading vehicles with a payload capacity of 20 to 400 tons, designed for transporting steel products. The key features of these industrial transport vehicles are the customizable platform dimensions and the operator's cab can be positioned above or below the loading surface. To facilitate pallet loading and unloading, both high-cab and low-cab models are equipped with a parallel lifting system that raises or lowers the loading surface perfectly parallel to itself. The total lifting/lowering stroke is typically between 600 and 700 mm. Part of the total elastic stroke is used to lift the pallet to its correct transport height. The remaining portion allows the suspension to adapt to uneven ground or varying inclines during transport.

Maintenance contract
The ETL is a low-cab transport vehicle that can move under the pallet after unloading. This vehicle is used for handling long loads such as bars and pipes.
Even with a considerable loading area, complete visibility is guaranteed by equipping the ETL transport vehicle with a cab at each end. Simply inserting the ignition key into one of the control panels deactivates the control mechanism in the opposite cab.
