MAFI R-series tractors are preferred for transporting heavy loads in seaports (RoRo operations) and in industry (e.g., steel mills). These vehicles can carry system loads of up to 200 tonnes. The R-series is characterized by its reliability and exceptional maneuverability. The vehicles are equipped with part-time all-wheel drive and can accommodate a fifth-wheel load of up to 36 tonnes. A spacious cab, featuring an ergonomically designed, 180° swiveling seat console, offers the driver maximum driving comfort. Entry is via the rear sliding door, accessible from both sides via an easy-climb ramp. The robust chassis has been designed to meet the stringent requirements of the tractor's various applications. The electronic control of the ZF automatic transmission facilitates driving the vehicle across all load ranges.
